I applied the patch to the original DVD version.
The problem is that the camera is excessively rised and the main character never feet into the screen. If i aproach the camera to the main character then feet perfectly into the screen but the point of view is so short.
Someone get this same problem ? or this dont happends if we use the GOG release ?

Just use the newest version

yes, i use this one the V3 patch, applied as i said over the original outcast DVD version.
Also i used the 1280 x 720 pixels for the resolution.

1: The Hi res patch doesen't support the original retail version.
2: 16:9 resolutions aren't really supported well. use a 4:3 resolution. some things even Zenger can't fix. :P
