I've had outcast for a fair while now and never been able to get it to install, the search function doesn't seem to be able to find my exact problem so I'll risk a post.

Basically, at the end of the installation process, it will fail every time (see attached picture).

Now, today I did re-download to see if anything would change, but it basically doesn't.

Admin rights, compatibility modes, install location (folder or drive)... none of it seems to make a difference.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Out of 125 installable items, the only one to give me trouble putting them all back on the computer... totally slipped my mind to try the AntiVirus. Thanks :)
