as the title say,pic related, i think is because i have installed the high resolution mod

The patch is an update for Outcast 1.1
That's a new version with native high resolution support. You can't update the classic Outcast (setup_outcast_2.0.0.13) directly to the latest version. Download the new full setup for Outcast 1.1 (setup_outcast_2.0.0.14), install and then use the patch.

edit: or maybe wait a bit until Outcast 1.1 is more stable and play the classic version. The new version seems to be a bit buggy according to several posts on this forum.
