Hi everyone!
For anyone wondering if the game is playeble with a controller I can confirm that it is perfectly fine with using Xpadder. Here's a video where I show how the game plays on an Xbox 360 controller:

Setting up Xpadder basically took around half and hour. I based the whole control scheme around the one that the Assassin's Creed games use because gameplay in Outcast is a little similar so that makes a good ground to start on.
