Just installed Outcast on my netbook (ASUS Eee PC 1201N running on Windows 7 Starter) and I'm quite surprised that it worked like a charm! I am one happy camper!
Now I have one more additional GOG added on my very long list to play during my upcoming month long holiday trip. Yay! :)

Good for you!
It should run performance wise, since it was a 400+ MHz CPU title and did not support video card hardware acceleration (voxel engine).

it even runs pretty smooth with full details on my asus eee 701 4g. when i overclock the cpu to 1ghz
