I killed the hunter by the daoka on Okaar, I have 3 mons and the map from the shamaz in Okaar but the walkthrough says the next thing to do is talk to Kyuran, what do i do?

Try to return to an early save. I know this doesn't help much. Kyuran will mark your map, so you need him. I never tried, but maybe you can finish the quest wo talking to him. Try to recover the four keys.

That seems to have worked. Except i have the 4 mons and dont knwo what to do next, the shamaz told me that its not yet time to enter the palace fae and i have killed every fae talan that i know of.

Great. Try to travel to another location and Marion will contact with you again in a videolog, and ask for help. Maybe it will be enough if you just wait for some minutes.
You can take back the cleaned artifact to Talanzar if you take that sidequest.
