Outcast 1.1 did run nromally. Yesterday I reinstalled Outcast (Windows installer, German 1.1.3.18756) and patched it with the normal patch (Patch 1.1.4.18786) and the hotfix patch (Hotfix 1.1.4.18788).

Now it chrashes after the intro. What can I do?

Did you uninstall first or did you run the new installer on top of the old?

I uninstalled the game first.
Details:
I use the german version.
My Main Display is Diplay Nr. 3 with 1900x1200.
Win 7 64Bit. i5 2400, 16GB RAM, AMD HD6870.

Do you have the old installer that worked? Maybe install it then run the new one on top of it.
