when I try to run the game it says "windows Cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." this is really weird. I have downloaded the installer twice and installed it twice and both times it does the same thing. I have windows vista 32 and I am logged on as the administrator.
can anyone help?
Edit: I just reinstalled it and I get this error message when trying to run the game from the installer.
"Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files\GOG.com\Outcast\Start.exe
CreateProcess Failed; code 5.
Access is denied."

vista?
install it in a different directory, program files is kind of "protected", you can only write/change things in it, when you have administrator privileges.

okay thanks. I was able to get the game to run. Now I just need it to run without flickering...
