Although this totally flew under my radar, this looks fantastic! Personally, I can never get enough Metroidvanias or games that pay homage classics.
After reading a bit on the Kickstarter page I wish I was there from the beginning to support it. Many congratulations to Julian the developer for having this passion project come to fruition. I'm stoked to see how the co-op turns out, as it seems pretty innovative.
Hate to be a stickler, but might all the features that are on Steam make their way over to GOG in a future update (namely achievements)?
