And again a game that offers DLC's on Steam and not on GOG.

The following DLC's are missing:

Out There: Oceans of Time - Deluxe Skins
Out There: Oceans of Time - Wallpapers
Out There: Oceans of Time Soundtrack

The following DLC's are missing:

Out There: Oceans of Time - Deluxe Skins
Out There: Oceans of Time - Wallpapers
Out There: Oceans of Time Soundtrack

what do you even mean? The DLCs on steam all cost money....
Do you want to PAY for these extras and are just upset that you can't?
Or did you think these things were FREE on steam?
Which they don't seem to be free.

The DLC's aren't here for purchase smooth brain.
They are available on steam for purchase.

Which means, there is missing content. Has nothing to do with being free you low life.
