I see we got 0.4.0.1 (offline files), but from the blog there is (in 0.4.0.2 updates):
* Citizens did basically nothing on 2-core processors (need confirmation)
So some of us will want to wait for 0.4.0.2 (that shouldn't be too long hopefully).
