Hopefully GOG staff has time to integrate it to their installer as the official patches probably still contain DRM.
It´s a community/fan patch, these aren´t integrated in GOG releases

Edit: Mea culpa, in this case yes...

There is no DRM in 1.11.0 . The problem with 1.10b patches and GOG is that GOG included some files which are part of Sprocket's DRM (softwrap.dll iirc. Which is not needed by GOG's version) which made the Patch think that the GOG version was the Sprocket version and as such extracted the owarfull.dll which contained a DRM instead of the version which doesn't. Sprocket removed DRM's from there stuff so there is no need to have any DRM version in any patches now.

So the 1.11.0 Patch should be fully compatible with GOG's version.

@Pavello: The patches are not "Community Patches" in the strictest sense. OWSupport is officially maintaining Original War for Altar Games(And has done so since 2005), so unlike normal "Community Patches", OWSupport has the full source code of Original War. So all patches made by OWSupport are Official Patches.

What Stucuk said and some community patches are actually integrated to gog version. I know at least 2: Master of Orion 2 and Warlords Battlecry 3. It's also been mentioned in NMA forums that Fallout 1/2 may contain early version of unofficial patch(es) but that's probably interplay's fault as they used them in the Fallout Trilogy they released.

That's good to know but GOG integration is prefered obviously. Hopefully they also get rid of any leftover junk in the process (but that's probably wishing to much ;-p).
