Starting with 3.0.9.305 Original War comes with an update system. But until Bohemia update the GOG version to at least 3.0.9.305 you can manually download the OWUpdate.exe application, place in your Original War directory and run it to update to the latest version.

Mods like Sand of Siberia require newer versions of Original War.

I just found this game and it is fantastic. Thank you for all the work keeping it alive!!!! Many of my favourite games are still alive and kicking because of people like you.

The game and patch work great in Linux, too, (via Lutris and Wine) so I am doubly satisfied
