So, I guess many of you Omikron fans have always wondered why on Earth, Telis and Kay'l have sex without taking their clothes off. There must have been a sequence in an early version of the game where Telis comes out of the shower naked and then going to bed. But in every retail version out there, she always has her clothes on.
That's what the "Reality Patch 2.0" corrects. I've found it on one of my favourite websites/blogs ever:

... you will find the category "Visual Replaces" where the "Reality Patch" can be found.
Just make a backup copy of the folder \MESHES\PERSOS and extract all files from the "Reality Patch" archive into the PERSOS folder (overwriting 20 of the original files). Then start the game.
But beware!! I do think that QuanticDream did us a favor by giving Telis some clothes...
