I Can't launch the game on my pc

CPU : Ryzen 7 3700x MB
GPU : 2080 TI MSI Lighhtning
MOBO : X570 MSI
32GB DDR4 3200
and a lot of space disk

Everything is up to date, I also reinstall the game Twice, I change the compatibility mode on the runtime.exe, launch iot as adlmin nothing works

But, If I Change the settings before launching the game and choosing software rendered, I can only launch it in 640*480 resolution and it works otherwise here is the error in the event viewer.
