Where is this fantastic patch? any news on the great patch that should be on its way? I haven't seen nor heard anything in while and am waiting patiently before picking it up again.

I agree. Would be nice to have a patch before they release more and more DLC.

Omerta is the sole GOG game which is more and more expensive:

Let's hope the promise patch wil be free and at least a $15 expansion like..

the patch is out, and has been for a while.. Adds a lot of new features, and game play difficulties.

the rival sandbox gangs add a bunch of challenge.

Many new changes like needing a hospitals for wounds, or buying cars for drive-by shootings adds some depth. along with new harder difficulties, and iron man.. (aka no in mission save, so when that combat goes bad, you can't just reload and try again... You must start the mission over)


Kaylpso is famous for it's sales, so if money is an issue, You can just wait and buy complete games for 10 or 15 bucks,,
