Hi, i have a problem in finding my saved progress, i would like to upload it and play in another PC without play whole game again, can someone help me please :)?

Bit late so hopefully this still helps you. They're put into the appdata/roaming folder, so you'd be looking somewhere like C:\Users\*your username here*\AppData\Roaming\Omerta
