Gendorius: I was wondering as I have played the game and I fell head over heels for the money-making city-running parts of the game but really hated the combat, I was wondering what people might say are games that are very much like the map part of the game, running missions, earning money and not having to XCOM my way through forced missions.

I just want to add one small thing, that it can't just be a city sim of some sort, it has to be more like the map gameplay here and not like, say, Sim City.

Any ideas welcome.
