If I purchase The Japanese Incentive from an online vendor other than GoG (no, it's not Steam), is it possible for me to redeem the online code for Omerta that I purchased from GoG?

Unless the vendor states it comes with GOG key, then most likely not.

Thanks. I saw the DLC being offered for $5, but I suspect it will only work on Steam. Darn.
