Offline files are listed as a ten part download. 1-5 and 6-10 appear to be the same downloads (same filenames) with slight differences in file size. (screenshot attached)

Had same problem. Downloading the offline installer through Galaxy kept getting an error at the very end, so I checked the downloads through the website and saw they seem to be duplicated
