Can i play it in a window, instead of fullscreen?
Vista x64 here.

The options screen only lets you alter the sound and controller. Unless there is something you have to do manually, no, you can't.
I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to make the game run on my full resolution. It's sort of blurry.

This is something that has been concerning me since monitor and desktop resolutions got bigger and bigger. It's really a problem with these two old releases, because they look kind of nasty when stretched to higher resolutions, and especially nasty if you're using a widescreen monitor (as is my case).
There is no way to natively run the Oddworlds in a window, but you can force this with minimal headache by using DXWnd.

Whoa! Sorry, missed the "Vista x64" there.
I didn't test it on Vista, so I wouldn't know, but I hardly think any problems would arise because of it.

I tested it for you :)
it works great on my vista64 with gf8800, the resolution is old problem with this game, it's direct port from ps1 IIRC. It runs in 640x480 fullscreen mode, in fact it uses 320x240 graphics which is then automatically upscaled, no wonder it looks nasty. But still...it's just good old game... :)
