Hi everyone!
I have a question - i am using a laptop, and on win 8 some games are not working well (e.g. HoMM 3 is often freezing), Does AO work with Win8.1?

Abe's Oddysee is officially supported for Windows 8, so it usually works. Windows 8.1 is another thing. There are more problems with older games under 8.1 than under 8 (e.g. because of the missing compatibility mode for Windows XP) so the chance to run into an issue is a bit higher.

In any case, you have to make sure all older components of DirectX9 are installed:
