I can launch System Redux from the installation 'Tokio/Binaries/Win64' folder without this error but everytime I launch from the desktop shortcut, or Galaxy, it crashes with this error. Can anyone help or has anyone had anything similar? I can even run it from the .bat file and THANK HEAVEN that is in there to use.

EDIT: Solved, turned out something was interfering with Galaxy itself. I added all Galaxy EXE's to it's exclusion list and game launches perfectly now. For all with this issue, please check your anti malware and anti virus softwares and add the Galaxy client exe's to them. Problem solved, leaving advice for anyone that runs into this. I will report this to each of the companies respectively, I guess they are only used to Steam Client information.
