"it runs in the family" is broken for me, when I connect to the hanged guy in the appartment and get into the hospital sequence the pushing of those patient cots on rolls is broken for me. When I click them my camera movement is disabled, I can still move with curser keys but camera is locked and the cot is not moving at all whatever I do.

That case is therefore completely unplayable for me and I had to revert to an old save and replay 30 mins of the game just to continue since the autosave was right inside that mind dive.

Game also crashes after I alt-tab a few times.

Kinda weird for an "updated" version of a 7 year old game...which itself is also already 4 years old to still have gamebreaking bugs like this.
Also a bunch of achievements are broken too.
