Does this game have any replay value like different endings or collectibles?

1.) Yes there are a few instances where you can die. When you die, the game will show a "game over" screen with the option to either return to the main menu or to continue. If you decide to continue the game will restart at the last checkpoint / auto save point.

2.) Yes the game has different endings and there are collectibles. At least on steam there are also achivements for the collectibles. Don't know if GOG supports the achivements.
