The autosave feature is completely broken, and frequently produces states from which you can't progress. In my case, i am stuck with the game thinking i don't have the broadcast key (which i have already reported to Fisher) and the coordinates (which i have sent from the astrophysics terminal). Maybe i'm missing something, but more likely this seems to be a bug.

Edit: I was mistaken. This is embarassing. It turns out that the little triangles in the left side are clickable, despite the huge misleading blinking error thing discouraging you from doing anything.

But your initial comment is correct: the autosave saves certain things but not other things. Other games do this too. It seems to be an spoken trend in the industry today. In the old days, manual saves saved truly everything: your position, weapon you were holding, and even positions of weapon projectiles in mid-air.
Just a remark, especially since on Store Page lots of reviews are mentioning bugs: I've finished the game without experiencing a single bug or glitch. There had been no technical issues whatsoever on my Windows machine playing with an xbox controller.
