Hi guys, did anyone else have the bug described below and how did you fix it?

I have found rescue station. I have received the two encrypted messages but when I go to the memory core the core cell #73 is not flashing as it should. I cannot decrypt the messages and therefore cannot proceed with the game. Is there a fix for that?
