Despite this, and the fact that she is not on board my ship anymore, when I travel in the Tega sector, a military vessel opens fire on me with torpedos allegedly because I am carrying a passenger infected with the virus.

Any tips on fixing this so that I'm not dodging torpedos every second in Tega?
