EDIT:Good news.

There is now an offline (direct download) available to backers on GoG. It went live a few hours ago.

You can now download the newest update without using Galaxy.

Lets hope the update is all we would want it to be.




Cyan have posted a Kickstarter Update today saying that GoG (and Steam) have the new Mac update.

It does not currently appear in my Library as the update available there is still "obduction_kickstarter_2.0.0.3.pkg" which was made available on 29th September.

Am I looking in the wrong place for this update?

Cyan says in their Kickstarter email ...

"If you have the Mac version from Steam or GoG, you have an update waiting for you. "

What gives?
I really am not prepared to download 10GB of data on my (very slow) connection unless I know its a NEW file.
Surely they would give this update a new filename?

Any advice/help/info truly appreciated.
