Finished the game got 2 endings and solved majority of the puzzles except for the scale in Kaptar. Seems you need to be a certain weight but your avatar is too heavy. Anyone had some success on this is it another red hearing like the Russian machine in the same world?

I think its another red hearing as it would be set for a person(s) to only be able to use it like Cecile or one of the other species for example. But i don't want to exhaust all my options before I throw in the towel.

The swap seed is gone, so you can't do anything with it anyway.

I don't think it's a red herring, it's really just to show how the bugs swapped worlds.

Russian machine?

There was something there I thought was a red herring but was actually an alternate means of opening a path. You either go the long way around and turn a crank or you figure out some kind of box machine that detaches when you solved it.
It was in the same world so is that the "Russian machine"?
