Recently, when I walk or stand somewhere, this message pops up for a split second, it was hard to take a screenshot of it. The content is something C.W. said to me earlier in the game.

Bug?

This is a bug. It is actually caused from talking to CW and seeing all of his videos. Once you watch them all you will sometimes, not always, get this line of dialog to pop up when you hit loading points or when you use a seed machine.

Thanks, yes he did stop talking to me at some stage and then this happened.
And once I progressed in the story he did talk again, the echo line updated with that last text.
