A reviewer of this game mentioned getting it for free because he owned Paranoid. Was this a one-time promotion at release, or would I still be able to claim this game if I get Paranoid now?

I do own Succubus and a whole bunch of its DLCs -- I like that game a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't even know Paranoid was by the same developers. Sucks to be missing out on this deal. :(
