It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Step 1: Go to logitech Setpoint.
Step 2: Go to pointer in the left menu and click on it.
Step 3: Deselect : use OS native drivers for pointer speed and acceleration.
Step 4: Click apply

Don't forget to use the right profile if you have more then one.

Now the ingame mouse will run smoothly and the mouse is visable again in the menu.
