Recently (18 Feb 2020) foumd and implemented the following fix successfully
ISSUE
When moving to the second map of the tenth chapter (Land of the Dead) there is a room with a lot of zombies and imps. Many zombies erupt from a corridor where two walls dematerialize after being passed. The revealed area has a corridor which runs around the room's SE and SW sides.
Approaching the very end of the corridor should trigger two newly accessible small rooms, one with a ghost and a chest (Chackrum of Fire and Collision) and one with a Metal Golem this doesn't happen on my installation.
SOLUTION

I found a zip file which contains a map file. Replacing the originally installed file (instructions are in a readme.txt in the zip file) cured the issue so I now get to fight a Metal Golem in the corridor.
I have provided the link rather than just the map file so anyone else who wants can thank the originator.
NOTE
This fix must be implemented before your Warrior reaches the second map of chapter 10.
