Got this one working on Windows 11 64 Biit

Using DGVoodoo 2 (Version 2.79)

Once downloaded drop dgVoodooCpl.exe and dgVoodoo.conf into the Nox root folder

Then go back to extracted DGVoodoo folder (Extract to it's own folder so easier to copy and paste for future use)

Open the MS folder and then the x86 folder and copy paste the 4 files into the Nox root foldder overwriting any files that may pop up.

Now go back to the dgVoodoo foler and into the MS folder but this time go in the x64 folder and copy and paste the file into the Nox root folder overwriting any existing file.

Then check both NOX & Game exe files and remove admin and any compatibility settings.

Only set Reduced colour mode to 16 Bit on both files and Apply.

Now open dgVoodoo that you copied into the Nox directory. It should have the directory in the top bar where you have Nox installed. If not click Add to the right and point it to said Nox root directory.

You don't have to mess with anything but the DirectX settings

DirectX tab :

Videocard : dgVoodoo Virtual 3D Accelerated Card
VRam : 256Mb
Filtering (optional) : Force Anisotropic 16x
Resolution (optional) : 1024x768
MSAA : 8x

Uncheck everything in the Misc at the bottom

Now Apply

From here you should be good to go.

Only minor issue is that when you start the game it doesn't show the intro, just the scroll with text. However you can watch the intro via the menu on the main screen which is kinda weird.

Crimson_T: Was able to get it running smoothly using DxWnd on Win 10 64bit
https://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/

Tips:
Use a fresh install (No compatibility settings enabled on game.exe or nox.exe)
In DxWnd, start by Importing "Nox (GOG).dxw" from the DxWnd Exports folder

Modify the new profile
"Path" = your actual GOG\Nox\Game.exe
enable "Hide desktop background", "Keep aspect ratio" and "desktop"

Switch to the "DirectX" tab
Change "Renderer" to OpenGL (Important! Don't skip)
enable "Full bilinear filter" (If you like graphics smoothing)

These settings should allow you to run the game in a borderless fullscreen mode, though text will be a bit blurry. You'll also be able to up the graphics resolution in game if you wish.

If you'd prefer being in fullscreen 640x480 only (larger resolutions don't seem to work) for the crisp text. Change the following in the DxWnd profile, at the main tab.
disable "Run in Window"
enable "Fullscreen only"
This worked for me!

UltimaCJ1: My Windows 10 system will launch the game with the above suggsetions

However Windows 11 will not run the game on my other main machine.
How do I get this to run under Windows 11? Thanks!
Anyone figure out the solution?
For me it worked going to the .exe file and changing compatibility to windows 95. It works, but now I canot launch the game anymore from the Galaxy app, only executing the .exe.
