running with a gtx670, can't get passed the NOX splash screen, a few people who have "fixed" their own issues never post about how exactly they did it aside from changing aspect ratios and admin mode which I have tried. Looking for any advice.

alright so, for some reason using -window or -swindow + 16bit color depth is letting me play the game just fine... tried to once before and it wasn't working.. oh well I'm happy now
