Getting around 17fps all the time. I know i got much higher before. Running Windows 8.1. Compatibility mode i set as Windows 98, Disable high DPI. And a HD Radeon 6850 card.

Edit: Used the Afterburner software and monitored the fps which was the cause giving bad framerates.
