Hi there,

I just want to inform the malachai players of a possible crash. Right befor Malachai transforms into the skeleton, before his video scene starts, the game CAN crash to the main menu.

You can avoid this bug. According to the some walkthroughs/troubleshootings the game can crash if you're carrying temporary item(s).

The Solution:

Don't carry the temporary items. The video sequence will start and you should be entering the final boss fight.

Maybe the GOG-Wizzards will handle this problem one day?! :)
