I'm surprised nobody has put this nonsense to rest. The game works without an internet connection. All DLC clans are available without an internet connection. Even conquest is working without internet. I've tested this weeks ago, and just a moment ago to reinforce my findings.

I have wired internet so it's as easy as unplugging a cable, and running the exe. Bam, it works. Obviously multiplayer doesn't work, but when there's no mention of LAN, how dense do you need to be?
