Hi, I dont know if the devs read here, but they just released a Map Editor for the Steam Version.

Today I had a >700MB Update here on Gog Galaxy for the Game but did not find any hints of it.

BTW, what I have seen from the Video the Map Editor is awesome !

Hey the map editor is not currently available on the GOG version due to its dependence on the Steam Workshop and current being in "public beta".

We are looking at the possibilities of bringing it to GOG at some point down the line though :)

Thank you! That's better than we usually get from devs with editors tied to Workshop.

We would certainly enjoy being able to add resources to our maps, as you have indicated on Steam that they can do.

Shiro is still allowed to scam people with cut content.... Very nice? Also price for their latest artificially cut content is higher on GOG than on steam 4,99€ GOG, 4,49€ STEAM.

Also they do their jobs half-arsed on a single title. Since they are working on multiple titles with same MO.

It's 4,49 on gog for me without discount for a dlc clan.
Might be regional and now it's discounted to 2,29eu
Edit: now i see what you mean the new clan dlc is 4,99 ok
Now i see that the discounted price for the dlc on steam is 2,24

Still nothing with map editor... Why would scam artists bother and add it, right?

We would still love a map editor on gog. Maybe you can review the possibilities ?
I know this might feel odd when only few people actually speak about it on gog forums but there's probably more people that don't use forums that still wants this feature implemented.
Please, look into it.
Most likely, the main stack of your community is elsewhere than on gog but there's no reason not to grow it here as well !

3 years later... They still didn't find ability to create independent map creator/editor* but they found ability to create artificial paywalls and put content behind those.

GOG will do nothing about both. Because they get a cut.

Shiro is treating people who play games via GOG as second class.

*Such advanced technology is years away... Like 20 years away... Like we need to travel back to the past to like 2003.


Also they found ability to create more early access cut content scams in the meanwhile.

We'll probably never see independent map editor, because Shiro is all about scamming people and harvesting people's data like majority in the gaming industry. This is the game they are playing and making. Northgard is just an illusion to scam people.

14 days later...still nothing... everybody responsible still plays dumb.
