I just begin the game and I have no idea how to save specifically on MacOS.

Any Ideas ?

Save is F9, Load is F10.

On a mac (with default settings) the various "F" keys do not operate as Function Keys unless you hold the fn key while pressing them, so:

Save: fn-F9
Load: fn-F10
