I got the 2.62 patch on xbox one almost a week ago. When is it going to show up here?

The manual Installation files will come, probably tomorrow or the day after.
GOG do not work on weekends, so if Hellogames release just before the weekend, it's porbably the start of the next week before GOG work on the Manual Installation files.
That has been our experience for just about every update to this game anyway over the last 4 years.
When Sean Murray tweets "Released on all platforms" .. take it with a pinch of salt in our case.
