The galactic map (m) gives you five options to pick your next warp point, left to right:

- galactic core, yellow lines
- free, no lines at all - obviously
- to waypoint, blue lines
- to waypoint, purple lines
- to waypoint, green lines.

Now, the first option - no questions.

The second option: not much to ask, but it would be more then helpful to get some information about the details of your selected target before warp!

But then the three waypoint options: three different colors, and each waypoint leads to exactly the same next planet/galaxy?
Why limit any warp movement along waypoints to one target, there must be other targets within reach, after all?

They can also point to atlas interfaces, black holes or your own waypoint.

Black Holes, The dam map won't let me pick the black hole no matter what "mode" I use. And WTF is with the "move the mouse a hair and the map jumps to some random system. Again, it doesn't matter what "Mode" your in, the F**king thing loves bouncing over hell just for the hell of it. All I can say is WTF kind of sh*t do the Dev's have for brains. The Galaxy Map needs to be taken out of the game, it's horribly broken beyond repair.
Everything in this game was designed for consoles, nothing for PC users or mice. Terrible interface, many promised features missing and many features that were done are broken. HG has lost many fans, good luck getting anyone to buy future DLCs, once bitten...

"Buying" future DLC's?

Whatever gave you THAT idea?

First they have to fill up each and every hole they left by not fulfilling their promises (and I am not remarking on the NMS hype here).
Then, after probably 12 months they should come over with how bad they still are feeling about anything that Murray said.
Buying software from HG (again) - ridiculus idea.
