nvoglv64.DLL appears to be part of the Geforce driver.

Hope this helps prevent issues for anybody considering the update.

Update:
It appears to be a problem with the latest nvidia driver and windows 10 creators update. I have done a clean install of nvidia driver version 378.66 after uninstalling the latest version 381.65 and the game is working again.

NVIDIA just released 381.89 with "support for Windows 10 Creators Update"
maybe you give it a try and report back if it works.

It appears I may have jumped the gun with the creators update. I have recieved update (KB4016240) on 26th April from windows update and all my problems seem to be cured, I had various other problems unrelated to No Man's Sky and these appear to have resolved these as well. Appears this was definately a Micro$oft issue.

Hope this helps
