Ok , so a quick tip on getting Exosuit , exosuit technology & exosuit Cargo slots quickly.
Requirements:
*Warp-Drive
*Warp Fuel (as much as you can make)
*About 10 million units.
^ To make these units quickly see this post below;
https://www.gog.com/forum/no_mans_sky/tip_how_to_make_millions_of_units_quickly
Ok so basically what we're going to do is this:
Warp to any close range Solar System, head strait to the "Space Station" , after exiting ship head up-to right-hand side of Station. Go straight to the Exosuit Upgrades Technician and purchase new "Exosuit" Slot. you chose which to upgrade. (suit/tech or cargo)
Edit: Also summons in the Anomaly and get Slot from their as well , this way you get them twice as fast.
Cargo Slots can get really expensive fast. Another Method to get these cheaply is to scan for Drop Pods on Planets. Signal Scanners and Encrypted Drop Pod Data required.
Side mission: search for "Nanites" cubes , wall units in back rooms & black circular disks on desks.
Also to get your linguistical abilities up (learn new words) talk to all the Aliens. (Time consuming) but at least you don't have to roam planets looking for "Knowledge Stones"
Right: all done? Jump back into Star-Ship head into space , bring up the Galactic Map , Warp to a *New* Solar System , head to Space Station (Rinse and repeat).
Each Exosuit upgrade costs 10k Units more then previous one.
Each Cargo upgrade costs 50k Units more then previous one.
Hence why you need several Million Units to complete.
Side note: collect as many 'Nanites' as possible and save them for 'A' -or-'S' class suit upgrades from merchants & Nexus.
If you manage to find a planet with "Salvageable Scrap" or "Ancient Bones" on your journey then pop down to planet and follow the tutorial above (link) on how to make Millions of Units Fast.
What I usually do if planet is *not overly hazardous* is , build a Base Computer connected to a Teleporter , a Battery and a Solar Panel. Then later on I can Warp back and collect loot as and when needed
so , hope this helps you to get a bit more out of the game and make it a little less "Grindy" and a lot more enjoyable.
