I just updated via Galaxy. I selected "check for updates" and got it!
Edit: The first thing I did was go to the space station and upgrade my favorite ship. My S-Class Exotic went from a 20/6 to a 48/7 for the economical price of only about 900,000,000 units!
Time to start a NMS GoFundMe... :)

Glad to see that HG returned the ship's "3D radar" display to the original design (with improvements). The indication of contacts above/below the plane of the ship is much appreciated.
