My computer:

CPU: Ryzen 3700x
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
Ram: 16Gb 3200
Ssd: 1tb

I suffer severe stuttering when entering/exiting a planet.

I can play in ultra at 80/140 fps, but I suffer a lot of stuttering, especially when entering and leaving a planet, in fact when this happens I can see a brutal drop in fps.

I have tried to put all the graphic settings on low and nothing solves it.

Someone else happens? Some help?

I can confirm that with my Rog Strix gaming laptop, GTX 1660 Ti 6GB, I get a stutter of about 1 second when leaving a planet after starting a game session. This is the cache filling-in. After that all runs smoothly.
I could play at constant 144 Hz, but I have capped the FPS at 60 because of the plugged-in monitor maximal refresh rate @60 hz, and it remains constant during game, except this one delay you mention and during opening screen with the stars that stutter sometimes - usually after an update because of new cache files filling-in.

If you have Windows 10, be sure to have the 'fast start' of Windows disabled, this will get you fresh RAM at every computer start.

Yeah. It seems it has been around for a while as i have it in Synthesis (2.27). Did not have it in the original and Pathfinder versions, but i do get a micro-freeze on leaving a planet now and sometimes on approach. It's almost as if it is loading in a lot of data at that point?
It's been around since the Vulkan update. A lot of performance work went into the rest of the game with Vulkan update and subsequent updates, but this little loading cache stutter you get going into space has not been fixed since.

I think I reported it to the Helpdesk https://hellogames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

And pretty sure it has been mentioned on the reddit mega bug reporting topics a few times

If the Origins update doesn't fix it, time to report it again.
Sadly it's still a problem with the Origins update.
