So I submitted a ticket on Sunday morning regarding issues I'm having with the game, still getting crashes and poor performance such as random stuttering, but I've not heard a thing.

How long do gog.com take to respond to support requests usually? My worry is they're just trying to play for time until the 30 day window has passed and then they can turn around and say "Oh, too late for a refund now, sorry"

Hello, i submit sunday my ticket me too, i hope they will answer in good way after BIG PLATFORM started to refund people even after some hours play, i have 5h30 hours and cannot be able to play properly at this unfinished game.

I hope they won't wait till end of my 30 days too, wouldn't be honest.
