I broke into an operations center and must have answered the question wrong (it was a weird question), and the red lights/alarms remained on. On my way back to my ship, I thought maybe I would jump back a save point and try it again.

When I went back to the save point where I exited the ship, the operations center was gone! So, I was jump-thrusting through the area where the center had been, and suddenly it appeared around me and I was inside a normally-operating center (no red lights or alarms). I answered the question again with the same results...nothing special.

However, when I went to leave, the locked door had been restored! When I went to blast it, I realized that weapons did not work inside buildings...so I was locked in the operations center with no way to get out.

I've been having strange glitches lately for some reason.
