Greetings, my settlement disappeared after the update to version 5.0. I have tried to load and continue the game several times, but the settlement won't appear. Its indicator shows I am in the settlement, but my town is gone. I can even teleport to the settlement with any teleport, like the one in my frigate, but when I get to the "settlement" there is nothing.

I've experienced a number of issues since the update as well, most of them, random crashing. But my first teleport into my freighter ended up into a weird square room with my teleporter, and a couple of the things I keep around it (entering the freighter from the ship seems to have fixed it).

Anyways, whenever they update the game, a bunch of things break and it takes quite a few quick sucession patches to get everything right.

You can try to report the bug in their website, I think, but that and other more obvious bugs will probably be fixed by the next two patches.

Since update 5.1, main base has moved half a character down and more than half an admin build forward. 2 runaway mould collection bases now have metal fingers and sac venom. One base now collects faecium instead of parafinium. I still have to check other bases

Well, my settlement marker is basically hovering in the air, and the settlement itself is nowhere to be found too. I hope they'll fix that soon.

Did you update to the latest release? One of the patch notes that Black Iris was kind enough to post included a line "Fixed an issue that could cause some settlements to fail to appear during building generation." The build number appears in the low right corner as the game loads and is 126771.

You also didn't mention if the problem is persistent after closing and restarting the game. Sometimes temporary glitches occur when loading and exiting and restarting clears this.

If the problem continues after updating then you should file a support ticket to Hello Games. They do not participate in this forum (last time was 2016 or 2017) and you will only receive an automated acknowledgement after submitting the ticket.

Another option would be to just create a new settlement in another system.
